Funding Requests
Please submit funding requests to PTA at least 7 days prior to a scheduled PTA meeting. Requests will be included in agenda & made available for member review (via email & website.) This will allow any interested parties to attend the meeting & voice their opinion/vote. If request is not received 7 days prior to meeting, request can be discussed during the meeting but will be tabled until the next meeting to ensure that all interested/affected parties have an opportunity to weigh in.
We are confident that this policy will encourage member (parents & staff) input and will help ensure that PTA funded projects address our student’s educational needs and enhance their learning environment. Any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
