How does this raise money for our school?
Our goal is to raise one $40 donation per family. Our hope is that each family will participate
at some level. Grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc. can also contribute towards your family’s goal
of $40. Understanding that every family’s circumstance is different, please make a contribution
that is best for your family. Families who raise $60 will be entered to win a getaway to
Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio! Want better odds of winning? One entry for every $60
raised!!!
How does the Balloon Launch work?
Each Browning student will simultaneously launch a green balloon on Oct. 31 with a biodegradable
card (with his/her first name and classroom) requesting that the finder return the
card pre-addressed to Browning Elementary. It is a spectacular display! As the balloon cards
are returned to school, they will be tracked for distance, mapped in the school hallway, broadcast on the morning announcements, and returned
to your child. Donations are due by Friday, November 15 to be eligible for prizes. The winner of the Kalahari Resort prize package will be
announced on Friday, November 22!
Benefits of the Balloon Launch:
• Proceeds go directly to students for field trips, on-site learning opportunities, Family
Fun events, supplemental learning materials (books, classroom supplies, etc.), playground
improvements, & much more.
• Every child is included. ALL children launch a balloon!
• Students look forward to cards that are returned, even if the cards are not their own.
• It does not matter if you have one child or five, your donation counts for all of them.

World’s Fair 2013

Another successful Fun Fair! Approximately $5500 was raised to help fund field trips & other items to supplement the classroom environment. So happy for Mrs. Irvine, Mrs. Misch, and all of the families who won something tonight & everyone who just enjoyed spending time with friends! Browning is truly blessed to have such a wonderful commmunity of families & educators!

Of course, none of it would have been possible without our awesome volunteers (staff, students, alums from FordII & Bemis, parents, siblings, etc!  We couldn’t have done it without you!

Special shout out to the ever amazing Jill de Jesus for her tireless efforts & chairing the event, Bobbi Krezesak & Mary Medley for their efforts & awesome results with Money Raffle, as well as Sue Medina for coordinating the family favorite basket raffles. 

Thanks so much for all you do! 

Proceeds from the Fun Fair help defray the cost of field trips, classroom supplies, and special events for all children at Browning Elementary.  As always, we greatly appreciate your support!

Graduation is growing near and we have only heard from a few of you.  To those who did reply, we thank you!!!

However, we are still in need of many items to make this a huge success.

If you are willing to help us out, please let us know ASAP.

We need your responses no later than Thursday, May 30!

We are trying to finalize the food for the reception.

Please remember that next year it will be our children graduating and us sitting back with tears!
